Borich Takes 9th Win at GNCC Tennessee Titan ATV

9/29/2010

Chris Borich took his ninth win of the year at the GNCC Tennessee Titan ATV, held September 25 in Lafayette, Tennessee. Borich was joined on the podium by fellow Razr rider Taylor Kiser, who finished just two seconds behind Borich.

The two riders waged a fierce battle for the lead throughout the race, with Borich coming from behind after a penalty for a too-early start. Maxxis’ Donald Ockerman took sixth place for the day, and is fifth in overall points.

Borich and Kiser also hold the top two spots in the series’ overall standings. Borich has racked up 316 points, while Kiser holds 216.

In the ATV XC2 class, Maxxis riders Gabe Phillips and Eric Hoyland finished second and third respectively. Maxxis rider Levi Coen wrapped up the youth overall championship with two rounds remaining.

In moto action, Maxxis rider Chris Bach led the pack to the finish line on lap one but a high speed crash relegated him to an eighth place finish.  In moto XC2, Maxxis’ Jesse Robinson and Jason Thomas finished second and third.

Maxxis congratulates Chris Borich and thanks all of its riders for their fine performances.
