Maxxis Donates to Ride for Reading
1/23/2012Always ready to help a good cause, Maxxis recently demonstrated its commitment to education and literacy with an employee book drive to benefit Ride for Reading.
Over the course of one week, Maxxis’ workplace social committee collected more than 200 books from employees at the company’s Suwanee, Georgia headquarters. The books were donated to the group January 10. Ride For Reading works to promote literacy and healthy living through the distribution of books via bicycle to children from low-income neighborhoods.
Maxxis is proud to support this worthy cause, and thanks the many employees who played a part in making the book drive a success.
