Spinner Takes Silver at Dew Tour Wendy’s Invitational

Mike Spinner continues to rack up Dew Tour medals, nabbing the silver in BMX Park at the Wendy’s Invitational. Spinner’s final score of 92.67 earned him second place at the event, held August 21-24 in Portland, Oregon.
 
Riding the new Maxxis Grifter, Spinner’s first run included a 1080 and his groundbreaking quadruple tailwhip, according to ast.com. With two contests to go in the series, Spinner has a solid hold on second place overall.
 
The talented rider is gaining notice outside the world of BMX, with recent media appearances on CBS’ The Early Show and USA Network’s Character Road Trip series.
