UHC-Maxxis’ Menzies 2nd at Univest
9/13/2010Conditions were so rough that fewer than half the riders who started the race actually finished, but UnitedHealthcare Presented by Maxxis’ Karl Menzies toughed out the Univest Doylestown Criterium to take second place. The race was held September 12 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Menzies’ sprint toward the end of the race sealed his place on the podium. “It was an aggressive race from the start,” he said. Like his UHC-Maxxis teammates, Menzies chose Cormet tires for Univest.
