Maxxis Signs 3-Year Deal with Best in the Desert

1:00 PMMaxxis, maker of the world’s best tire for desert racing, has locked in its status as Official Tire of Best in the Desert with a new three-year deal.
The agreement pleased management on both sides of the partnership. “Best in the Desert is very, very proud to have Maxxis with us,” said series owner Casey Folks. “We’ve had about 30 Best in the Desert vehicles with Maxxis on them, and by going with Maxxis, we’ve had zero problems. Our relationship is outstanding, and as we go forward we’re making Maxxis synonymous with Best in the Desert – and when you think about it, what a great combination.”
Brad Williams of Maxxis’ automotive department was equally enthusiastic: “Best in the Desert is recognized as one of the premier desert racing series among top teams and sponsors. We are pleased to be part of their growth and feel we have a found a great partner for years to come.”
Running from January through December, Best in the Desert offers fans heart-pounding excitement at races set in Arizona and Nevada.
